Qualifications â?¢ Doctorate degree â?¢ Masterâ??s degree and 3 years of Information Systems experience â?¢ Bachelorâ??s degree and 5 years of Information Systems experience â?¢ Associateâ??s degree and 10 years Information Systems experience â?¢ High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Information Systems experience | Responsibilities â?¢ The incumbent will assure delivery of successful deployments of ServiceNow and be at the forefront of new features and capabilities of the ServiceNow suite of enterprise applications â?¢ The ESM â?? ServiceNow Platform team focuses on handling all aspects of Amgenâ??s key service management system ServiceNow â?¢ Responsibilities range from break-fix (KTLO) â??keep the lights onâ? support for the platform to strategic roadmapping and architecture â?¢ The ESM â??
