SAP Basis Consultant
Must have 7+ years Basis experience on SAP implementations, with a primary focus on implementations.
Related Basis Certifications from SAP.
Must be able to analyze notes and corrections to SAP system. Nice to have.
Responsibilities:
- Need production support and project activities for SAP Basis
- Define and manage deliverables of SAP Basis team to meet engagement objectives and budget
- Be a hands-on Basis expert and prepare/review project deliverables & objectives
- Enforce best practices, ensure smooth and on time delivery
- Build and maintain relationships with infrastructure, network, functional, SME, and partner teams
- Manage day to day support of existing SAP systems and support tickets for Basis team
- Troubleshoot issues on performance, scheduled jobs, transports, printers, connectivity etc
- Setup and enhance system monitoring and alert mechanisms to ensure health of the system
- Maintain architecture documentation, runbooks for all infrastructure and networking components
- Provide support during planned maintenance activities
- Responsible for end-to-end delivery.
