5+ years of experience supporting manufacturing IT systems

4+ years of multi-project experience

Typically 4-6 years of SAP experience

Recognized expert in one or more business areas: Master Data, Preventive Maintenance, Work Planning, Work Scheduling, and Reporting

Skilled in Project Management methodology

Responsibilities

â?¢

Work directly with Reliability Center of Excellence (COE), North American Container (NAC) Continuous Improvement leaders, and Process Information Manager (PIM) to support existing SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) footprint, as well as to drive process and technical improvements

â?¢

End User Support & Training:

â?¢

Provide IT production support to ~20,000 end users globally

â?¢

Coordinate, facilitate, and participate in knowledge transfer and training activities for the user community

â?¢

Must be comfortable training in large groups, as well as one-on-one

â?¢

Must be comfortable training at international locations

â?¢

Promote company-wide best practices in the area of SAP PM by monitoring usage and data

â?¢

Support action plans to guide and mentor users not conforming to IP\'s manufacturing work system

â?¢

Participate in the development of reference documentation and training aids

â?¢

System Support & Enhancements

â?¢

Support existing Reliability-Owned Power BI reports

â?¢

Participate in overall process improvements of the SAP PM functional area by implementing business-driven enhancements, as well as potentially identifying and driving operational excellence enhancements

â?¢

Collect, analyze, document, and communicate business needs and requirements for new technology

â?¢

Perform acceptance, integration, and regression testing for projects, enhancements, and SAP technical upgrades

â?¢

Design and test interfaces between diverse maintenance and reliability systems

â?¢

Develop functional specifications to enhance functionality and usability of SAP PM

â?¢

This may include writing functional design specifications, evaluating alternative technical solutions, and coordinating testing activities

â?¢

Formulate simple project proposals by leveraging a strong understanding of business systems and industry requirements

â?¢

Effectively and accurately scope length and difficulty of tasks of small and medium-sized projects

â?¢

Develop a project plan with milestones and schedules, make activity assignments, and manage all elements of projects to meet strict timelines
