Qualifications

Proven leadership and managerial experience

5+ years of Personal Lines experience within a brokerage environment

â?¢

Property/Casualty License required (active and in good standing)

â?¢

Experience in our Broker Management System EPIC or Applied System

â?¢

Availability to work in office, no option for work from home or hybrid

â?¢

Required Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience

â?¢

Required Travel: No Travel Required

â?¢

Required Education: High school or equivalent

Responsibilities

This role requires an individual who is professional and who displays the drive, determination, and self-motivation to build a business

â?¢

Specifically, your mission will be to oversee the operations of the Mesa office and staff while also servicing and maintaining existing accounts while uncovering opportunities for increasing business in the Manufactured Housing Market

â?¢

Manage service staff to ensure weâ??re providing top level performance on the Account Managementâ??s day-to-day responsibilities

â?¢

The Team Leader is responsible for developing and supporting their team members, as well as coordinating the activities of their team to achieve sales goals

â?¢

The Team Leader will maximize efficiency while maintaining a positive work environment and an effortless customer experience

â?¢

Making sure all employees are successfully managing the renewal & marketing process for existing accounts

â?¢

The Team Leader will also ensure systems are being utilized appropriately, and will provide training in systems, and job knowledge
