Qualifications Bachelor??s degree in technology-related focus or equivalent experience/certification Salesforce Administration Certification Trailhead experience and familiarity 2+ years working in an Agile development environment 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud 3+ years as a Salesforce administrator in a company with 50 or more employees 2+ years contributing to at least one Salesforce development project where significant Salesforce development was undertaken to meet specialised business challenges and/or needs 2+ years of experience working with data-loading tools and tools (e.g. Plauti) for data de-duplication Hands-on experience with API integrations between Salesforce and other platforms/tools Experience with general software-development methodologies and best-practices are a strong nice-to-have Programming experience in any modern programming language (e.g. Apex, Java, C#, Javascipt, etc.) is a strong nice-to-have Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party BI tools (e.g. PowerBI or Tableau) is a strong nice-to-have Experience with Pardot, or similar marketing-automation tools is a strong nice-to-have Efficient oral and written communication skills | Responsibilities The role will work with other technologists at client, as well as third parties, to handle administration of the platform and related technologies as well as to support the further development and roll out of new Salesforce solutions to provide specialised business productivity tools to employees across the entire company This role will need to be able to work and adapt in different Salesforce environments and for different business units Serve as an administrator for the company’s Salesforce environment (about 190 users and growing) Contribute to strategy, requirements-gathering and development of Salesforce-based business tools for acquiring and managing the company’s portfolio of renewable energy assets Create and maintain documentation for development, administration, change management, user training and other required documentation Work with teams across the entire company to contribute to drive productivity improvements by leveraging technology to automate manual, inefficient business processes Ensure data integrity is upheld through validation and automation Utilize the newest Salesforce release features and best practices to keep the company’s organisation clean and up to date Work with different business units to train or help them become stronger Salesforce users Maintain users, permissions, profiles, sharing rules, and groups Using outside of the box analytical thinking for strategy, testing, and considerations for future implementations |
