Responsibilities

  • The HRIS Analyst III will focus on supporting Workdays Payroll, HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence modules as well as provide support for Workdays Recruiting, Learning, and Help modules
  • This role will be responsible for supporting projects, enhancements, Tier 1 and 2 issues, and break/fixes
  • The primary focus areas are (1) delivering quality configuration, testing, processing and reporting support to HR Business Partners and Center of Excellence groups; (2) identifying, evaluating, recommending and providing process improvement efforts to streamline and reduce risk in existing processes; (3) bringing a strategic, technical lens to all work efforts, and (4) partnering with the entire HRIS team to ensure we are delivering the highest quality product and support to the business
  • The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for other duties as assigned by Enovis
  • Architect project responsibilities with an understanding of Workday methodology and configuration knowledge
  • Recommend process and support improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes, and/or major variations from established policies
  • Provide support for Workday, including researching and resolving complex problems, unexpected results or process flaws, and provides recommended solutions to resolve issues
  • Stay up to date on trends and developments within HR systems and technology, proactively providing ideas and information regarding best practices and trends
  • Work to enhance the capability of self and team
  • Manage projects and process improvement, including applying change management experience to facilitate movement to new levels of quality
  • Drive testing strategy by defining test scenarios and oversee process
  • Review, test, and assist with the implementation of Workday system upgrades; collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate the application of an update or fix and document process and results
  • Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports and calculated fields timely and accurately ensuring to meet legal and compliance requirements
  • Generate dashboards, reports, and queries, including writing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of dashboards, reports, or queries utilizing appropriate tools
  • Create, maintain, and update business processes, notifications, alerts, and validations/condition rules
  • Monitor workflow, and audit for accuracy, security and efficient processing of requests
  • Complete, process, and audit EIBs
  • Provide end-user support; troubleshoot issues via research, testing, recreation of scenarios and document findings
  • Partner with third party vendors for Workday support
  • Partner with team and support manager on Workday projects and on-demand requests
