Qualifications Demonstrate the Client values: Actively C.A.R.E., Service Attitude, Innovative Spirit, Teamwork and Do the Right Thing 100% commitment to organizational health Ability to solve difficult problems creatively Open to transparent feedback with an ability to build from constructive criticism Excellent presentation, communication and technical writing skills required Capable of completing data analysis & providing solutions based on insights A self-starter that has experience working independently and in team-oriented or collaborative environments Proficient at time management with the ability to multitask and work on multiple projects at a time Advanced usage of Microsoft Office and capable within Data Analytics Programs such as SQL, Rand Python Willing to travel if necessary Experience with Power BI, Azure, Databricks | Responsibilities The applicant should be able to independently answer a question using the entirety of the data analysis pipeline, including data extraction, data cleaning, model and feature selection, model comparison, data visualization, and oral presentation Common functions include reporting, analytical processing, analytics, data mining, process mining, complex event processing, business performance management, benchmarking, predictive analytics, and prescriptive analytics Meet with internal and external stakeholders to understand business KPIs Work as a team or independently to organize data into useful one-pagers, reports, or datasets Present findings to stakeholders or the reporting team to publish reports to company portal |
