Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook, Word and Excel

Responsibilities

â?¢

The BSA Data Analyst assists the Director of BSA Compliance in maintaining the systems and data required to support compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), OFAC, and USA PATRIOT Act

â?¢

Act as the administrator and technical liaison for all software systems used to comply with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), OFAC, and USA PATRIOT Act

â?¢

Systems include, but are not limited to, Patriot Officer, FIS, EFunds, Metavante BIC, and Monarch

â?¢

Assist with maintaining that the systems used for BSA are performing optimally using periodic evaluations, make recommendations for enhancements, modifications or expansions

â?¢

Coordinate BSA related software enhancements and system validations

â?¢

Maximize the use of BSA related software by interpreting instructions (manuals) and training users

â?¢

Create management reports using Metavante BIC and Monarch, which can be used to evaluate BSA required data

â?¢

Maintain advanced knowledge of Bank systems and processes as they relate to BSA/AML compliance

â?¢

Identify and recommend changes to procedures, training documentation and the BSA Compliance Program to maintain compliance with BSA, OFAC, and USA PATRIOT Act

â?¢

Prepare and submit reports to various committees

â?¢

Assist with internal audits and regulatory exams

â?¢

Perform other related duties as assigned
