Key Requirements:
- Strong programming skills in RPG, RPG ILE, SQLRPGLE, and Control Language (CLP/CLLE).
- Proficiency in SQL concepts and database management.
- Experience with screen programming and ILE programming.
- Familiarity with Message Queue (MQ), MQ Trigger, and XML tags in RPG programs.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
