Role: MDM Solution Architect

Technical Skills: 

•                     Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced MDM (Master Data Management) Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of MDM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture, governance, and management, with the ability to collaborate across various teams to ensure data integrity and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

•                     Architectural Design: Develop and maintain the overall architecture of MDM solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and data governance standards.

•                     Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, data stewards, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable MDM solutions.

•                     Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in data management.

•                     Integration Strategy: Design integration strategies for various data sources and systems, facilitating seamless data flow and consistency across the organization.

•                     Data Modeling: Create and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support MDM initiatives.

•                     Tool Selection: Evaluate and recommend MDM tools and technologies, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and align with the architectural vision.

•                     Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize MDM systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.

•                     Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture, processes, and standards related to MDM solutions.

•                     Training & Support: Provide guidance and training to team members and stakeholders on MDM best practices and tools.
