Provide development, testing, and support for the primary Business Intelligence database that provides reporting and analysis across multiple key business areas

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for the development and testing of SQL and Object-based MicroStrategy reports
• Demonstrate a growing understanding of our business and the information needed to support them
• Develop a working knowledge of new reporting functionality to improve business productivity

Key Job Requirements:

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor\'s Degree required, preferably in a technology-related field
• 4 or more years of experience in Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence
• 2-4 years of report development experience using a leading BI tool (MicroStrategy preferred)
• 2 or more years of experience developing interactive dashboards and data visualizations

Skills/Abilities:

• Experience with relational databases and strong SQL skills (SQL Server preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and interest in learning new concepts
• Able to work independently and complete assigned tasks promptly
• Innovative thinking and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
