The EDI Analyst designs, develops, coordinates, tests, implements, communicates and supports the Health Choice Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) requirements and systems. This position ensures that EDI-related production and procedures are maintained and properly executed, including development, change requests, and enterprise integration projects. Analyst will also coordinate research, validate, and troubleshoot issues and queries from various internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
Lead, coordinate, and administer all EDI Requests
Recommend and execute modifications to EDI systems to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance
Establish EDI submission processes
Develop and maintain EDI training materials and systems documentation
Skills/Requirements
Knowledge:
Knowledge of EDI Standard formats (ANSI X12, NSF, XML, etc.)
Knowledge of Claredi preferred
Software Development Lifecycle
Skills:
Proficiency in EDI Testing preferred
Self Motivated
Effective time management skills
Effective interpersonal, listening and communication skills
Attention to detail
