Job Description:
Responsibilities/duties:
Work with project team to successfully implement Salesforce.com initiatives
Liaison with Marketing and Market Research Teams to execute campaign launches
Participate in requirements analysis and design documentation reviews
Quality assure the build-outs designed by you and your project team
Assist Project Team with development of UAT Scripts and Front-End User Training
Act as Process and Systems expert for support of our end-users including: building lists, reports, and dashboards for enabling our sales team with success
Respond accurately, professionally, and timely to system change requests submitted by business users
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Skills in Excel for use with data projects and project planning
Experience with using CRM systems such as salesforce.com
Understanding of Database structures and basic SQL queries is a plus
Experience with Campaign Management, or other Campaign tools is a plus
Attention to detail, clear communication skills, follow-up, and organization
Must be a team player with ability to track issues and actions to resolution
Demonstrate ability to learn and embrace new technologies and solutions
