Supply Chain Systems Support Analyst Loc:
- Daytona Beach, FLEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Consults with distribution center staff to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems and bottlenecksInvestigates and resolves systems issues, consults with SCALE support as neededIdentify opportunities to streamline operations by leveraging a thorough understanding of warehouse operations and warehouse management software functionality.
- Recommend improvements.Hands on configuration of Manhattan Associates SCALE warehouse management systemWorks with warehouse and production management to develop reportsFollows departmental change management proceduresSupports system upgrades and corrects errors to maintain system after implementation.
- Ensures all software is fully tested and documented before moving to production. All testing and documentation are conducted following current departmental standards and procedures.
- Monitors data integrity in SCALEWork with software vendor when necessary to resolve issues or develop new functionality.Creates and maintains documentation of software configurationAvailable to work outside of business hours as required. This position may require travel.
- Education and/or ExperienceFour year degree or work experience equivalent in software applications support. Logistics, logistics systems and/or industrial engineering background preferred.
