- Amityville, NYJob Description: Responsible for growing the business by partnering with other specialty and big box retailers (online and in-store) Coordinate and direct new channel partner EDI, API and web implementations Oversee the day-to-day operations of the channel business; ensure SLAs are met and work with Operations Department to improve procedures Work with channel partners to develop engaging marketing campaigns within their marketplace and conduct post-launch analysis to optimize future campaigns Work with internal and external teams to define short term and long term goals to drive traffic, conversions, revenue and profitability Continuously improve user experience by ensuring product data and assets are relevant Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor placement Assist in developing overall strategy to increase brand awareness through various sources/mediums Take a deep dive into big data to analyze sales data to identify areas of opportunity or risk to the overall business
