Responsibilities:
- Document, manage, configure and implement new functionality and modify Oracle applications to meet business requirements.
- Perform gap analysis to accommodate as much new functionality as possible out of the box, without need for Customization.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement across the current and future user base.
- Administrate and coordinate a group of system functional super-users.
- Provide hands-on just-in-time support and assistance to users on Oracle Cloud ERP modules.
- Develop functional specifications and create basic OTBI reports and analytics as needed by various departments
- Develop relationships with internal stakeholders and functional super-users leads to evaluate their needs/requirements and develop and implement plans to meet those needs.
- Modify and configure Oracle templates in BI Publisher.
- Create and maintain documentation (e.g., setup documentation, training documentation, user procedures).
- Provide training to end users.Manage third party Oracle implementation partners and consultants.Plan, schedule, and manage system release upgrades including regression testing.
- Perform related duties as required or assigned.
- Bachelors Degree with minimum of 5 years of experience in ITExpertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)Minimum 2-years of experience with EBS R12 or 1-year experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion including installations, problem analysis, problem resolution, configuration and performance tuning
- Excellent verbal and written communicationAble to work in a fast paced environment within a team environmentPreferred Skills: Experience with supporting the Oracle EBS suite of applications or ERP Cloud FusionExperience with OIM and Oracle Access Manager, BI Publisher (XML), WebCenter, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions; anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve in a timely mannerProven track record of delivering excellent results in a fast paced environmentSelf-motivated and results orientedAbility to work independently or in a team environment
- Strong knowledge of underlying Oracle tables and integration points
- Strong experience in Sql and Sql tuningOracle Certification is preferred
- Experience in a project/construction-oriented industry.
