Responsibilities
- Responsible for scoping, planning, executing, resourcing and monitoring assigned project(s) to keep on schedule and on budgetManage project components including scope management, resource management, finance management, quality management, control management and business continuity managementMonitor financial delivery and issue management processes, escalating issues and variances to budgets where necessaryResponsible for ensuring environments and resources are allocated and aligned throughout the project lifecycleManage the relationship between technology and the business at the project levelAnalyze project risks, issues, costs, and benefits and make relevant recommendations to business and IT leadershipDevelop project plans to manage the end-to-end project activities, inter dependencies and execution approachDefine purpose, clear roles, tasks, milestones, budgets, and measures of successMonitor projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing issue resolution process, and taking corrective action as necessaryProvide and implement action plans to mitigate risk when applicableCommunicates project related information to all levels of stakeholders, including ExecutivesParticipates in process improvement activities to enhance and mature the project management practiceExecutes projects in either a waterfall, Agile or hybrid modelPreferred Skills And RequirementsCompletion of a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline with a financial lending focus or equivalent training and experience.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing technology projects as the IT Project ManagerMS Project and MS Office SuiteProject management certificationUnderstanding of project management methodologies, tools and processes
- Experience in full lifecycle implementationsWorking knowledge of professional services vendors, and outsourcing business models and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal / relationship management skills
