- 1-2 years of experience working in ecommerce or marketing
- College graduate preferred or equivalent experience
- Self-starter with experience working in fast paced environment
- Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite
- Intermediate level HTML coding experience
- Experience with mass email system, full understanding of testing, triggers, execution, and reporting
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Ability to achieve results both independently and through others by fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation
