RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain focus on Supply-Chain performance indicators and on the related reporting systems.
- Define progress plan, provide support to plants for improvement projects /studies (i.e. make or buy, benchmark, flat storage, production planning, warehouse management, etc.), and coordinate improvement actions plans.
- Establish a capacity planning control tower to optimize the usage of installed injection and painting capacities.
- Develop collaborative approaches with suppliers to improve service levels while reducing costs and inventory levels.
- Define supply-chain schemes for new programs.
- Bachelor Degree with experience (Master Degree preferred)
- Tier 1 Automotive experience
- Leadership / Team spirit / Decision making / Autonomy
- Multi-functional & Multi-cultural communication / English mandatory
- Computer literacy (SAP, Excel, Access) Data analysis
- TPM & Lean principles / APICS CPIM
