Education, Training and/or Experience

Bachelors degree in computer science or related field with seven plus years of systems programming experience, including increased levels of responsibility developing solutions and applications, and five plus years of direct experience with the Salesforce.com platform.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Personal Characteristics
Advanced understanding of Salesforce fundamental concepts (application, data and security) and CRM domain knowledge (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud)
Custom development experience in Force.com using Visualforce and Apex with a strong understanding of SOQL
Proficiency with XML / JSON, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, AJAX, SOAP / REST APIs
Results-driven; ensures short-term goals support long-term initiatives
Strong aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies and acquire new skills through independent study, and professional training
Strong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focus
Demonstrates strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
