Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Drive end-user adoption by assisting in day-to-day Salesforce CRM support; including quality control, reporting, data entry and training.
- Implement and maintain overall Salesforce CRM system configuration, maintenance, data maintenance, documentation, reporting, and system integration.
- Coordinates the evaluation, scope and completion of new innovative initiatives requests.
- Marketing campaign management and reporting.
- Integrate various customer and marketing databases into Salesforce
- Manage dashboards, reports, workflows, templates, custom objects, object relationships, fields and layouts.
- Establish and maintain data quality through daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting.
- Assist with database de-duping and clean up procedures, including data migrations and mass data uploads.
- Proficient in Salesforce Platform- Proficient in MS Excel
- Basic understanding of relational databases
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with a variety of individuals
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize job tasks
