Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Drive end-user adoption by assisting in day-to-day Salesforce CRM support; including quality control, reporting, data entry and training.
  • Implement and maintain overall Salesforce CRM system configuration, maintenance, data maintenance, documentation, reporting, and system integration.
  • Coordinates the evaluation, scope and completion of new innovative initiatives requests.
  • Marketing campaign management and reporting.
  • Integrate various customer and marketing databases into Salesforce
  • Manage dashboards, reports, workflows, templates, custom objects, object relationships, fields and layouts.
  • Establish and maintain data quality through daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting.
  • Assist with database de-duping and clean up procedures, including data migrations and mass data uploads.
Basic Qualifications
  • Proficient in Salesforce Platform- Proficient in MS Excel
  • Basic understanding of relational databases
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with a variety of individuals
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize job tasks
  • Capacity to adapt to change in a fast paced atmosphere
  • Ability to thrive within a team atmosphere
