Job Description:
Minimum Requirements:
- 1+ years working as a Data Analyst I or higher.
- 1+ years experience in performing data solutions architecture type responsibilities.
- 1+ years experience in working in a Data Intelligence or Business Intelligence environment Firm understanding of the project management best practices (Microsoft preferred).
- Solid understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and data modeling.
- Strong expertise in MS Excel, pivots and power pivots deired Tableau, SSRS, Power BI reporting experience desired
- Experience with Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server (TFS)
- Ability to query the company data warehouse and/or department systems in response to data requests.
- Knowledge of statistical methodologies and techniques.
- Business awareness and numerical ability.
- Must possess solid communication skills, including oral, written, and presentation modalities.
- Willingness to adhere to all principles of confidentiality.
- Must value operating in a collaborative and cooperative environment.
- Ability to show initiative, good judgment, and resourcefulness.
- Ability to work with business and business intelligence staff to define data solutions and utilize best practices.
- Good problem-solving skills across both process and technical domains.
- Good understanding of SQL and data modeling.
- Strong collaboration skills ability to provide leadership and resolve conflicts of opinion across diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Must be self-motivated and demonstrate initiative.
