Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Understands all aspects of Salesforce configuration, and functional capabilitiesPartner with functional experts from across the businessClearly communicate release and functionality status, issues, risks, plans, etc.
- Work with the teams to determine priority and to schedule them into different releasesChampion continuous process improvement across the product development lifecycle
- Drive system adoption through end user support and trainingIdentify Salesforce.com usage challenges and determine optimal user experience to address challenges
- Drive team performance analytics, reporting/visibility and process improvement activitiesWork with vendors, project management teams to insure deadlines for the rollout communications are met.
- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor\'s degree in Business or related field.
- At least 2 year of experience with Salesforce.com Platform and its capabilities is required.
