Job Description:
- Create, manage standards and train using SQL reporting services, a business intelligence solution (TBD), supporting the business in areas like Rebate Accounting, SharePoint, and our ERP (DMSi/Agility).
- Being an interface between technology teams, support teams and business units.
- Creating dashboard for the business to manage the KPIs identified to manage the business.
- Understanding business requirements and translating them into specific requirements.
- Training and documentingAbility to define problems, analyzes symptoms, identify root cause and document resolutionDMSi/Agility Query Tool Cyber Query is utilized to query data out of the Agility database for both complex reporting needs as well as a quick analysisDMSi/Agility Database
- Progress is the database for the ERP systemBusiness Intelligence Solution help finish the selection process for this.
