Job Description:SAP HRM Analyst
Responsibilities:

Leading meetings in gathering and writing Business Requirements/Functional Requirement
DocumentsHeavier on the Business process side of SAP than on the SAP configuration side
Any Data integration/mapping knowledge between SAP HRM and other 3rd party toolsBeen in production support mode around SAP - HRM space
Excellent communication skillsHP Quality Center experience or other testing tool
Knowledge/Experience in the following areas of SAP HRM/Payroll - (these are in order of importance):PayrollPersonnel AdministrationOrganization ManagementEmployee Self Service/Manager Self ServiceSpinifex reporting tool for SAP HRMCompensation Management
Other desirable skills:Knowledge in writing SQL queries to perform data analysisAnalytical and Trouble shooting skills to resolve data integration issues between systems
