Job description

The PeopleSoft Human Resources (PSHR) Analyst will assist in the development, design, and support of PeopleSoft system applications.
Position\'s duties to include the integration and support of PeopleSoft HR applications with Cerner Millennium.
As a member of a PeopleSoft team this position will serve as the main IT resource for PeopleSoft HR across a multi hospital environment.
Associate\'s Degree in Computer Science, HR or related field required.
Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Finance or related field with an understanding of health care business and care delivery preferred.
Three to five (3-5) years\' relevant experience, effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills and experience working cross-functionally or across organizations required.
Exposure to Cerner Millennium EHR and experience in project management and process improvement methodologies preferred.
Familiarity with SQL and/or Java required.
Familiarity with PeopleSoft PS/nVision, PS HCM & FSCM Security, PeopleTools and PeopleCode preferred.
