Job Description:

Role:HRIS and Payroll Administrator

Location:King of Prussia, PA

  • HRIS Primary administrator of ADP Workforce Now solution ensuring accuracy and data integrity in the HRIS system.
  • Daily maintenance of ADP Portal data including, entering new hires, updating employee information, terminations, systems data including locations, payroll codes, etc.
  • Responsible for creating and managing all standard and special request data reports in the HRIS for the departmentHandles inquiries or user requests such as security, access requests, set-up, etc., in a secure and timely manner.
  • Update HRIS with announcements, benefits and payroll information, post updated instructions and company news.
  • new locationsAssist with Benefits updates and carrier connections, ACA reporting.
  • Develop procedures and guidelines for various modules.Train HR, site management teams, and new users on processes / functionality, new or existing.
  • Design, develop deliverables / custom reports.Keep abreast of system updates/changesCollaborate towards solutions and new functionality that will solve business needs.
  • Assist in the review, testing and implementation of new processes, systems and/or enhancements, as needed. Payroll Ensure accurate and timely process of bi-weekly multi-state payroll for all 130 locations/ 850 + employeesComplies with all payroll related wage and hour / labor laws.Effectively manages the Time & Attendance within ADP WFN of all Employees, including training new users.
  • Acts as the liaison with ADP for all things HRIS relatedCompiles, processes, and retains payroll data such as, bonuses, commissions, etc.
  • Accurately ensures proper documentation and processes of all status changes, tax information, compensation / payroll related changes affecting each employee.
  • Process child support and wage garnishment inquiresReviews and maintains payroll reports.Ensures all payroll related reconciliations are accurate and timely.
  • Handles all employee payroll-related questions and issues in a professional and timely manner.Assist in compliance with ADP by preparing audit schedules, retrieving information and establishing interactive communication with external auditorsPrepare and reconcile payroll reports, work with accounting to record payroll journal entries, process reconciliationsAll duties as assigned by management.
  • Human Resources/Benefits Work closely with HR management and insurance brokers to properly administer benefits administration.
  • Provides effective service in addressing employee questions regarding payroll, benefits and other HR related questions that may be sensitive and confidential in nature.Maintain current and relevant knowledge of employment and payroll issues and laws such as wage and hour laws, payroll tax regulations, employee benefits, leaves of absence and COBRAPerform administrative duties including as assigned; may include filing and filling in for receptionist as needed.
  • Qualified Candidate\'s Requirements 3-5 years relevant Human Resources, HRIS, Payroll experience and/ or combination thereof.Strong functional understanding of HRIS design, structure and process.
  • Prior experience in multi-family housing, hospitality environment highly preferred.Solid knowledge of state & federal employment and wage & hour laws.Strong knowledge of ADP WFN / ADP Comprehensive Payroll Services required.
  • High proficiency in MS Word & Excel.Strong organizational, analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Human Resources/Management preferred.PHR, CPP preferred.
  • Required EducationBachelor's Degree in Business with focus on Human Resources, Finance or Accounting Required ExperienceHuman Resources, HRIS Experience, Payroll Other RequirementsMust be able to pass a background check and drug screening
