  • Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesCreate the Test Completion Report.Obtain sign-off from project stakeholders for the Test Completion Report.
  • Create and execute manual and automated test scripts.Contribute to the maintenance of our QA department Standard Operating Procedures, QA best practice standards, training and tool sets when needed.
  • Escalate to the QA Lead any missing documentation, system access, which impedes ability to perform QA testing and complete QA deliverables on-time.
  • Key ProcessesEnsure all project artifacts are archived per QA department Standard Operating Procedures or local compliance direction.
  • Support all QA methodologies pertaining to the SDLC and compliance directives, including those tests called out by local gaming authorities.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.

QualificationsAdditional Duties & Responsibilities:

  • 21+ years of ageProof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United StatesB.S. in Computer Science, Business, or related field of study or equivalent work experienceMinimum 3 years of Quality Assurance and Quality Control experience.
  • Quality Assurance training and Certification are preferred.
  • Preferred experience should include but not limited to iSeries, Web Based, CRM, TIBCO applicationsAbility to provide internal quality assessments of business requirements related to quality assurance best practices and standards.
  • One year experience in implementing and utilizing test automation tool(s)One year experience in T-SQL or other similar tools to build database queriesMust be a self-starter that is reliable, punctual, and consistent with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a positive/upbeat fashion utilizing English, both in oral and written form.
  • Have interpersonal skills with focused attention to guest needs to deal effectively with all business contacts.
  • Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company appearance standards.
