Job Description:
- Must have the ability to gather, analyze, and display data using tables, charts, graphs, etc., in a manner conducive for quality presentations to customers and internal staff.
- Data Analysis which leads to finding root cause.
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions working with the various departments within the company.
- Ensures that we implement, and maintain appropriate processes and procedures needed for compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
- Write procedures and work instructions as needed.
- Non conformance reporting including driving corrective and preventive actions to improve business processes.
- Resolves quality issues with vendors and customers with corrective actions.
- Trains employees on quality methodologies, policies, and procedures as needed.
- Works with management to enforce compliance.
