Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop eStore as if it were your own business
  • Develop and implement creative programs to increase awareness and sales on the eStore
  • Analyze data to understand trends and opportunities
  • e Store product selection and positioning (including moving discontinued products as well as overstocks)
  • Reply to all customer inquiries in a timely manner with pertinent information that elevates the customer experience and increases sales
  • Monitor incoming orders and shipment processes
  • Optimize for improved customer experience
  • Back-end e Store site management

Qualifications:

  • 4-year college degree
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong business acumen and an understanding of sales/marketing
  • eCommerce experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication/writing skills
  • Design skills and sensibility
  • Website management skills
  • Possess an understanding of the sales process and have business acumen
  • Able to prioritize and work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Wood knowledge is a plus, but more important is being an effective learner with critical thinking skills
