Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Complete data-driven research projects using Tableau, SQL and advanced analytics applications such as SAS, SPSS, R or Python
- Help put useful data into the hands of our team by automating ad-hoc queries into regular reports and visualizing our data using Tableau
- Extract key takeaways from analyses and present findings directly to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members on ongoing development projects focused on improving data quality
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant work experience involving a BI application such as Tableau (preferred), Cognos or similar.
- Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) specific metrics such as Churn, Conversion Rate, ARPU, etc.
- Hands-on experience working with a large relational database such as Netezza, SQL Server or similar
- Worked with an advanced analytics/statistical application such as SAS, SPSS, R or Python (preferred)
- Experience in healthcare(preferred), financial services or ecommerce
- Great attitude, are team-focused and love to get things done
- Bachelor degree in a technical subject; master??s degree preferred
