Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions to map client processes to NetSuite functionality
  
• Work with lead consultant and subject matter experts to design new processes in NetSuite using standard functionality, customizations, and 3rd party tools
  
• Work with the project teams on new NetSuite implementations and changes to existing systems
  
• Work with the development teams on customization design, testing and deployment
  
• Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components including functional specifications, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, implementations, and project reviews
  
• Work with Management Consultants and other team members to redesign client business processes
  
• Train end users on how to effectively use systems features and applications
  
• Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom records, workflows and SuiteApps
  
• Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting
  

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science or related field required
  
• Minimum 2~3 years of functional experience with NetSuite or other ERP / CRM / accounting application (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce.com, SAP, etc)
  
• Strong conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
  
• Excellent client skills and customer relationship management skills
  
• Solid understanding of business and information technology processes
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
  
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  
• Flexibility to travel 10-30%
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work experience in the accounting field and knowledge of general accounting principles is preferred
  
• Knowledgeable in relational database architecture and methods including hands-on experience in developing SQL queries desired
  
• Experience developing in SuiteScript, JavaScript, Apex, Ruby or Python is a plus
  
• Knowledge of common JavaScript libraries (Node.js, jQuery, Backbone.js, D3.js, etc) is a plus
