Role:It Support Analyst Ecommerce

Location: Farmington Hills, MI

Job description

• The IT Support Analyst manages a variety of technical platforms in the infrastructure.
• This role primarily maintains the ecommerce system and backend database for stores, food service, and corporate food service, with a secondary role supporting the brick and mortar stores scale systems, desktop and laptop PC??s, network infrastructure, phone system, and mobile devices.
  

Qualifications

• Ability to provide exceptional service to both guests and team members.
  
• Knowledge of Magento, Wordpress, and LOC Software SMS is a strong plus.
  
• Must have basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, FTP, DNS etc)
  
• Must have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office â?? especially Microsoft Excel.
  
• Must be self directed with a keen attention to detail.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational skills.
  
• Always nice to have a love of natural, organic and specialty food.
  

Responsibilities

• Model and provide exceptional guest service.
  
• Maintain accurate data records for the Ecommerce item file including item descriptions, price, cost, images, nutrifacts, and attribute structure.
  
• Assist with implementing large scale ecommerce infrastructure changes.
  
• Support in-store POS pricing systems as needed.
  
• Some travel to stores may be necessary on a time-to-time basis.
  
• Aid in the resolution of any IT issues.
  
• Support the ecommerce and store systems on an off-hours basis as needed.
  
• Effectively communicate with Guests, Team Members and Store Leadership.
  
• Thorough knowledge of all relevant policies and standards.
