Job Description:

  • Lead the development of new commercial products, features and enhancements across eCommerce properties and instore digital experiences.
  • Own our Commercial Product roadmap, plan strategy and timeline of all initiatives
  • Drive prioritization and execution methodology for the business working with internal stakeholders
  • Innovate on product features that intend to increase performance and value, such as shopability, user engagement, ROI conversion, and other key value measures
  • Establish a test, metrics, and learn oriented approach to accelerate delivery and ongoing improvements that improve our customer experiences
  • Communicate status and advocate for the product and engineering teams and road maps to the C-Suite along with senior executives from marketing, and finance
  • Closely follow all emerging industry trends particularly in mobile, video, social and user engagement

The Ideal Candidate

  • You have been a coder before and you??re ready to manage a team of engineers, develop high level strategy and make your mark in the digital space
  • A Bachelor??s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Technology, or a related degree or a total of 10 years of business experience
  • Have 8+ years in managing eCommerce products ?? preferably for a consumer brand, agency, or consultant group
  • Experience in recruiting 8+ engineers, hiring, evaluating and managing at least a team of 4 engineers
  • Proven track record in creating and delivering on strategic roadmap initiatives
  • Execution focused with a demonstrated track record of getting things done in fast-paced environments
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop customized features based on customers?? needs and buying habits
  • Enjoys working in an agile, start-up environment
  • Believes in craftsmanship and product integrity, loves developing beautiful systems that drive product growth.
  • Has contemporary technology skills: capable of being hands-on, although your day is 15% code and 85% leadership.
  • Exceptional communication skills to executive, business and technology leaders
