Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Role will involve direct client interaction (phone & email), actively engaged monitoring & managing of online campaign performance using industry and proprietary tools, and personally instituting necessary search engine optimization campaigns to deliver clients increased keyword rankings.
- Training on specific products and systems will be provided. Intermediate understanding of SEO and SEM principles is strongly preferred.
- Client management relationship building skills and experience are also essential.

- Leverage SEM, SEO and local internet marketing tactics to drive desired results.
- Within established timelines: implement new client programs, measure performance, and implement campaign improvements for existing clients? online marketing programs.
- Recognize and capitalize on potential client upsell opportunities.
- Set proper expectations with the client.
- Interact with customers in a focused and passionate manner to ensure positive experiences on every contact.
- Use of proprietary tools for efficient daily monitoring of client site success.
Qualifications
- 2 ? 4 years of online marketing experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills & understanding of internet campaigns and optimization
- Including localized internet marketing.
- Strong comfort level with Google Analytics, AdWords and SEO/SEM related industry tools preferred.
- Experience managing customer relationships in client facing role with ability to retain and upsell.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication.
- Particular emphasis on having strong phone interaction skills.
- Ability to handle a large number of clients, meet deadlines, manage priorities and communicate progress as needed.
- Capable of using data/reports to discover and then implement optimization/campaign performance improvement recommendations.
- Ability to quickly learn and internalize new concepts, particularly in an environment of discovery, change and continual improvement.
- Demonstrate flexibility to take on evolving responsibilities in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong ability to multitask and organize.
- Able to work within a strong team environment AND with little supervision.
- Knowledge of website design and HTML an asset, but not required.
- Post-secondary education preferred.
