We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst to turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.
We have a Renal patient and market intelligence system that is planned to be launched globally (over 120 countries) in Apr 2017 wherein data is entered through a web portal by key stakeholders in each country.
We need a strong data analyst to perform testing & validations post data entry and primarily be responsible for audit mechanisms to continuously monitor user engagement, data quality and identify improvements (for future releases based on user feedback).

Responsibilities

Continuously monitor the progress of the launch/survey in terms of user engagement, data entry completeness
Leverage data validation scripts to ensure data quality
Interpret data, analyze results and provide ongoing status reports
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Design and develop reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct problems
Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Perform UAT on system/reporting issues
Strong presentation skills via PowerPoint and Excel

Requirements

Proven working experience as a Data/Business analyst
Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with databases (Oracle) to build effective validation/audit scripts
Strong Excel skills (adept at excel functions) to do data transformations, validation and audit
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
Adept at queries, adhoc report authoring skills and presentation of findings using reporting/dashboard tools (such as Cognos, Tableau etc.)
BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
