A Product Manager who can -

• Lead cross functional team to deliver escalator product development program, and meet specific customer order requirements.
  
• Be responsible to ensure the teamâ??s goals are clear, provide leadership to resolve major program issues, and communicate status to key stakeholders and process partners.
  
• Confirm product requirements and clear targets are achievable, established and documented on schedule
  
• Monitor product cost during the program and check for accuracy in projections
  
• Develop high level program schedule at program start making sure key milestones are met and confirm delivery date alignment with customer
  
• Ensure agreement on product quality and reliability targets with customer by confirming design
  
• Confirm investment analysis is complete at program launch and manage making sure targets are met or exceeded.
  

Experience

Skills, Education and Experience

• 10 years+ of escalator system and sub systems development experience
  

Education

• Engineering BS degree, or 15+ years of relevant engineering experience
  
• Specific Skills, Knowledge & Behavior
  
• Familiarity with project management process and tools
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Strong initiative, facilitation, and leadership skills
  
• Awareness to functions for program deliverables for engineering, sourcing, materials, operations, and controller
