You Will Be Expected To

• We are looking for a leader of technology organization. The CTO will report to the CEO.
  
• Establish and drive the technology vision and roadmap for consistent with the product vision and the company\'s mission
  
• Drive execution of the technology portion of the business plan
  
• Ensure the availability and application of a state-of-the-art technology stack, reviewing existing software and infrastructure and promoting constant improvement in scalability, quality, performance, security and architectural integrity
  
• Create technical budgets, allocate resources, and provide reliable estimates for releases and product deadlines
  
• Develop and implement appropriate protocols and practices for the rapid and successful integration of models into enterprise software
  
• Support the development of a multi-product enterprise software platform delivering robust and secure software products for commercial clients using data and models in common
  
• Drive and support continued technology innovation in computationally-intensive modelling using Big Data from diverse unstructured data sources, particularly text
  
• Cultivate, encourage, and support an elite modeling environment which produces creative models to solve client problems, using ground-breaking technology and methods, with rapid development and designed to scale.

• You should have many of the following experiences in your background:
  
• A bachelorâ??s degree or higher in engineering, computer science, or related field
  
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technology, including 5+ years as architect, lead developer or technical lead
  
• Experience scaling a software engineering or technology organization in a rapidly-growing company, ideally a company employing models or data to solve client problems
  
• Experience working in SaaS, B2B or Enterprise software
  
• Experience working with cloud-based architectures such as AWS
  
• A record of public presentations or publications and superb communication skills demonstrating the ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
