Job Description:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop production plans for assigned production facilities that meet multiple goals including: Service levels, Capacity and Inventory targets.
- Perform distribution requirements planning and execute stock transfer when necessary.
- Manage ERP LX data pertaining to the supply chain.
- Manage inventory turns to improve service and minimize aged/obsolete inventory.
- Monitor on a daily basis the implementation of the detail production plan for each assigned work centers ensuring that there are no short or late shipments.
- Manage assigned outside warehouses for various tasks, such as shop orders, billing and inventory adjustments.
- Participate on various teams and committees, and attend meetings as related to job duties.
- Support the organizational Mission Statement.
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Supply Chain Planning Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Requires strong inter-personal, communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to make logical and accurate decisions using the best available information.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and anticipate needs.
- Detail-oriented and well organized.
- Excellent skills in word processing, spreadsheet use and development, and data base systems.
- BPCS/LX experience a plus.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Business or Supply Chain Degree with three to five years of related experience.
- Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Excel (knowledge of formulas, formatting, graphs, v look up and pivot tables a must), Windows and Share Point.
- An ERP package, such as BPCS or LX and working knowledge of MRP, DRP, Item Master and BOM.
- Proficient in writing and running data mart or query programs such as Business Objects, XL400, IDF or Microsoft Query.
