Job Description:

Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Recommend, prioritize and deploy overall digital marketing strategy
  • Identify emerging opportunities in digital technology and industry trends to deliver marketing and business objectives
  • Seek and engage with external media agencies as partners in developing the companys digital business platforms build relationships with media partners to develop optimal digital media investments for
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop brand programs as needed
  • Manage mobile app program develop and deploy rollout and long-term plans
  • Oversee Camperos digital marketing agency to execute successful social engagement and moderation including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Yelp
  • Participate in brainstorming session with the senior team and key vendors to develop relevant restaurant promotions
  • Stay in constant communication with Field Marketing Managers to stay abreast of restaurant menus, promotions and holiday activations
  • Develop digital best practices and training programs; providing on-going guidance to the Field Marketing Managers and franchisees
  • Develop monthly brand presentations for senior team including analytics and ROI
  • Educate internal stakeholders about digital media trends and metrics and consults with them on new digital opportunities
  • Manage digital marketing budget using spends to drive both quantitative and qualitative result

Requirements

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Bachelors degree in internet marketing, marketing or a related field
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns across web, email, social media, display advertising/retargeting, and CRM
  • Experience with analytics tools and report building
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS â?? ability to troubleshoot email templates and landing pages
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Expertise of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong proven management skills and ability to multitask
