Job Description:
Key Accountabilities:
Inventory & Demand Planning:
- Various Forecasting & Replenishment tasks using the MRP module of our ERP Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Finished Good Purchasing
- Regional Replenishment
- Purchase Order and Stock Transfer Order creation
- Raw Material Purchase Order receipt
- Is a key member of the Demand Planning team and therefore is included in providing vacation coverage for the other members of the team
General Accountabilities:
- Providing administrative support for the Supply Chain Management team by managing a wide variety of processes and procedures
- Initiate process improvement ideas as part of a continuous improvement culture
- Produce regular and ad hoc reports and maintain and update records/files as required
- Coordinate meetings including making arrangements for meeting rooms and including organizing refreshments or meals as required
- Coordinate general office supply needs for the plant offices housing most of the Supply Chain Management team
- Provide reception and visitor security functions
- Organize and execute company events such as milestone service anniversary celebrations and BBQâ??s

- Direct Managerial / Supervisory Responsibility
Education / Experience:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma would be an asset
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills required
- Experience with an ERP system would be an asset
- Working Conditions:
- Vast majority of time is in an office environment
- Some tasks require going into operational areas (i.e. manufacturing plant, yard, and warehouse)
