Job Description:
Role:Business Systems Analyst
Location:philadelphia, PA
- Help drive the effort to collect and analyze metrics and continually improve processes
- Create standard reports that actively monitor the effectiveness of our business operations
- Create ad hoc reports on a frequent basis to assist management in understanding, researching and analyzing issues at an organizational level, as well as at a micro level, down to individual projects and products.
- Work closely with the operations team to prioritize focus areas
Requirements:
- Bachelor??s degree?? preferably with a dual focus on IT and business, or related experience
- 3 to 5 yearsâ?? experience in a related role
- Outstanding communication skills to interact with internal customers up to and including executive level employees; and to facilitate professional networking and collaboration activities
- Demonstrated passion for learning the business and driving success
- Exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness
Knowledge of:
- Database Schema
- SSRS
- SQL Oracle
- MS Visual Studio
- MS Management Studio
- MS PowerBI (a plus)
- Office 365 for Cloud-based reporting (a plus)
- IFS â?? our primary business system (a plus)
