As Chief Capital Officer, you be a full member of the Senior Leadership Team and work with your colleagues and the President and CEO to guide
The development and implementation of enterprise-wide strategic business plans and community relations plans and initiatives, as well as focused strategic advice to advance the mission.
Your technical and business strengths are well established: you combine a bachelors or masters degree with no fewer than 15 years experience in progressively senior leadership mandates.
You have a proven track record of successfully developing strategy and leading complex, multi-project environments, ideally within the transportation or civil infrastructure sector, and are conversant with P3/AFP procurement.
Above all, you are comfortable and confident taking the helm in a highly visible role and providing leadership, professional advice and direction in a scrutinized public sector environment where political initiative must be placed in the context of overall public interest and available resources.
The salary range for this position is $267,400 - $341,700.00.
