Job Summary
- Headquartered in City of Industry, California, is a life sciences company that provides specialty formulations of human milk for the nutritional needs of premature and critically ill infants.
- This Senior Financial Analyst position reports to the Manager of Finance.
- We are looking for an outgoing person looking to expand his/her skills and work on a variety of projects.
- The right candidate must be incredibly organized and detail-oriented.
Primary Responsibilities
- Works closely with Lead Analyst/Finance Manager in putting together the company annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Research and prepare variance analysis and explanations
- Analyzes and explains financial data to company managers / executives
- Appropriately handles all confidential, financial and sensitive information
- Develops and maintains treasury management and other financial models
- Collects, analyzes and summarizes information and results to determine effectiveness of various strategies
- Assists in preparing various presentations for investors and management
- Considers costs, benefits and return on investment for strategic projects
- Assists and/or oversees ad-hoc and special projects as assigned by the CFO or Manager of Finance
- Works closely with Lead Analyst/Finance Manager for proper handling of financial close, projects, issues and deliverables

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, business administration, or other Business related degree is the minimum
- GPA requirement of 3.0 and above at a US credited institution
- 3-5 years related experience
- Effective communication skills (Written & Verbal)
- Ability to succeed in a team environment
- Customer service oriented
- Understanding of accounting processes, procedure and internal controls
- Strong research and analysis skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently
