Job Description:
- Can you strategize As the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager, you will provide thought leadership, analytics and subject matter expertise in all areas of digital marketing to develop the digital brand strategy.
- Youll collaborate and consult with the Marketing Leadership Team (MLT) to support all Marketing objectives.

- As the direct manager to a Digital Marketing team, you will inspire, motivate and create a climate in which people want to do their best.

Are you a lead generation expert:
- You will direct and maintain lead generation and shopper experience optimization to increase category interest, brand preference and market share in the digital space.
- You will grow channel partner business, which includes SEM/advertising, search engine optimization and website creation and maintenance.
- Youll collaborate with the Manager of Marketing Programs and Operations to ensure effective lead management, including transfer of data to outside agencies,
- Integration of digital elements to follow-up programs, email communications to prospects and customers, etc.
Can you manage vendors:
- You will partner with outside agencies to deliver exceptional results through strategies, plans and targets. You will check progress and course-correct as needed, while maintaining productive working relationships.
- Youll provide business user requirements, technical project management support, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking and delivery through all phases of digital projects.
- You will identify and establish new relationships and resources as required.
Are you analytical:
- You will continuously monitor key performance metrics to maximize return on investment.
- You will proactively identify course corrections through daily/weekly monitoring, testing and optimization leadership of website and channel performance to improve user experience and lead generation.
- Youll study behavioral and explicit data patterns for key actionable insights, and youll prepare and present reports on these to senior management and the MLT.
Can you train others:
- You will create local online marketing strategies and develop curriculum to train sales and channel partners in person through conferences, meetings and events and through webinars and digital presentations.
Can you manage a budget
- You will develop and manage the expense budget for digital marketing initiatives, and collaborate with Brand Managers to align spending with brand strategy.
Do you stay current:
- You will continually keep ahead of digital marketing trends through training, certifications, webinars, networking and other opportunities to sharpen mastery.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field of study is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years digital/online marketing experience is required, preferably in a manufacturing environment with high-ticket durable goods. Experience in ecommerce (B2B, B2C) is a plus.
- Experience and success in team management including hiring, developing, coaching, delegating tasks and managing resources.
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of online space such as: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), PPC Advertising, Social Media, Website Navigation and Usability, Analytics, Email Marketing, Online Lead Generation Applications and Mobile Technology.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications and content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization, as well as strong ability to work in a team environment is required.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 5-10% of the time.
