Required Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent required
  
• 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience is required
  
• Experience supporting Infor Enterprise Asset Management, or similar experience in technology solutions for procurement, warehouse management, and work management.
  
• Experience in Industrial or Operational Technology Fields is desired
  
• OSI Pi Coresite, Manual Logger, Asset Framework, and Notifications is desired
  
• Familiarity with Cisco products and support services and procedures is desired
  
• Cisco certifications are preferred, but not required
  
• Experience with Cisco Routers, Switches, and firewalls as well as Juniper firewall products
  
• Knowledge of OSPF and BGP routing
  
• Experience with supporting multi-tiered applications
  
• Must be able to work in a complex, dynamic team environment with minimal supervision and possess good
  

Organizational skills

• Strong interpersonal skills are needed to work well with a talented team of infrastructure support personnel and application developers
  
• Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels in the Company and with various business contacts outside of the company in an articulate, professional manner
  
• Ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple assignments daily
  
• Travel as needed up to 30%.
