Job Description:

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Work closely with branch management to understand their needs and to champion a merchandising strategy for the brick and mortar locations.
  • Work with suppliers and purchasing to secure co-op funds, promotional pricing and inventory.
  • Build and execute a coordinated calendar of campaigns, events, offers and messaging to support the marketing plan.
  • They will have a suite of tools to utilize and a team of freelancers to assist them with production.
  • Manage KPIs across marketing channels ensuring exceptional return on investment.
  • Utilize marketing channels, including email, social, paid search, local, SEO, print, radio, TV and PR.
  • Promote products, processes, differentiators and value added services.
  • Develop customer segments and target campaigns to these groups.
  • Guide freelancers in the development of creative assets.
  • Plan and attend company, customer and supplier events.
  • Manage a marketing budget and take responsibility for the collection and allocation of supplier co-op funds.
  • Develop and manage lead generation programs.
  • Manage and maintain website content.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum two years of digital marketing and advertising campaign development experience required.
  • Experience in managing a marketing budget, co-op funds, event planning, and the development and execution of marketing strategies.
  • Proven skill leveraging online analytical tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Minimum one year experience in the electrical distribution or similar industry preferred.
  • Need to be highly creative and able to demonstrate creativity through previous marketing campaigns.
  • BachelorĂ¢??s degree from four-year college or university in the field of Marketing or related concentration.
