Tasks
- Is looking for Senior IS SAP (FICO) Project Manager with experience managing IS projects in a global environment, utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methods.
- The senior IS Project Manager will primarily be responsible for running s larger and more complex IS projects (Oracle to SAP conversion); ensuring scope, schedule, cost and quality are met according to global KPI measurements.
- Key areas of accountability include:
- nsure successful delivery of the IS project; closely collaborating with the business project manager on overall project success and all required project documentation
- Plan, schedule, coordinate, and deliver the IS project outcomes to time, scope, cost and quality
- Monitor and control project financials, including oversight of budget consumption and project invoicing
- Provide external contractor/consultant engagement management in terms of ensuring execution of the agreed delivery proposal; inclusive of ensuring contract and claims management is in accordance with contractual agreements
- Ensure appropriate IS Project Management standards, methods and processes are followed
- Proactively work with IS and business leadership to establish project management plans (plan projects, objectives, value/benefits, scope, timeline, resources, cost, and risks) for assigned projects
- Ensure consistent project communications, including formal project status reporting on performance against plan and expected business outcomes
- Proactively manage project issues and scope changes to minimize the impact on the comprehensive portfolio execution plan
- Actively seek to find and manage interdependencies between projects, ensuring proactive collaboration between the projects as well as proactive engagement and management of global and local project participants and stakeholders
- Adeptly identify and manage project risks, ensuring appropriate risk mitigation plans are in place and schedules are managed according to the risk conditions
- In conjunction with global IS service delivery model, collaborate with Workforce and Service Managers to ensure successful delivery of assigned projects
- Liaison with the IS Run organization to ensure timely planning and engagement of hand over to operations as a part of the overall project plan
- Facilitate project close out, including value delivery assessments and capture of key lessons learned
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree and minimum of 15 years?? experience managing programs and projects OR;
- Master??s Degree and a minimum of 12 years?? experience managing programs and projects
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification or similar
- Experience leading transformation projects within a \"Global\" company.
- Experience within leading large complex business critical global or regional programs and projects.
- Experience within leading large complex business critical global or regional programs and projects
- Experience developing funding proposals for potential projects, including formal business cases and executive presentations to summarize proposals
- Experience with SAP, FI/CO focus
- IS Project Manager III Certification
- Good organization, time management and decision making skills
- Strong negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills; ability to negotiate resolution of controversial issues with businesses and 3rd party suppliers
- Demonstrated customer focus with the ability to build effective working relationships with all stakeholders
- Dmonstrated leadership/management competencies
- Knowledge on application development processes, including thorough knowledge of IT service management concepts
- Strong ability to communication effectively with local, global and cross-divisional virtual teams
- Consistently acknowledges and appreciates each project team member\'s contributions at the local and global level
- Serves as a role model for each project team member
- Effectively utilizes each project team member to his/her fullest potential
- Motivates team to work together in the most efficient manner

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail / detail-oriented
- Experience working in technical or testing roles within IS
- Experience in environments that leverage formal software development methodologies
- Strong understanding of how to drive organizational change management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using Microsoft Project, Planview or similar project management tools
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Project related travel may be required during certain project phases; up to 30%
