Job Description:
Major Responsibilities
- Update the supply model weekly (pull data and populate/run LARGE Excel model)
- Identify current & future out of stock/low stock positions and put action plan in place to restock
- Analyze, respond to and act on daily production schedule reports with focus to drive on-time delivery of our key items and report the correct dates in database
- Run and analyze weekly production schedules to confirm on-time delivery, follow up with factory on questions, and update ship dates
- Run and analyze weekly production reconciliation reports to ensure systems are synched and on schedule
- Confirm new PO entry/field PO Questions (i.e., MOQ issues, date issues, etc.)
- Follow up on weekly resource list report from factory to make ensure timeliness
- Help approve invoices and field questions
Requirements
- 5 years of purchasing, production planning & scheduling experience
- Hands-on problem solver with strong Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with superior attention to detail
- Consumer product/apparel industry experience a plus
